I am fascinated towards Gandhian philosophy of education, “By education, he means an all-round drawing of the best in child”. John Dewey says, "Education is life itself". According to me every child is unique, and we need to facilitate everyone with sensitivity to bring the best. While dealing with children, one needs to consider the multiple intelligences. With the arrival of National Education Policy, every educator is excited to implement the same. It was most awaited education reform. NEP has focused on life skills as an integral part of every lesson. We need to prepare the students for critical thinking, problem solving, to be resilient and adaptive, so that they are ready to face every challenge of their life with great efficiency and responsibility.
Students-teachers-parents must be together to put in integrated efforts so that a child is well developed. We must see that every stakeholder of the school is walking towards achieving the mission of the school. With integrated efforts every child and school can achieve new height every day.
Together we will consistently create benchmarking practices and make the place happy and better for every student.
